It is late right now and I am going to catch some zzz’s for the drive up to Santa Cruz tomorrow; we are heading up to stay with a friend and check out some places to possibly move in the next month or so. This Monday morning I would like to direct you to one of my favorite sites, NPR, to check out an article and audio commentary from Howard Dully. When he was 12 years old, under the influence of a stepmother that did not want him, Howard was given a Lobotomy in a physicians office. In a mere 15 minutes, his life would change forever, and his story “My Lobotomy” outlines his struggle coming to terms with his past.
