I’m really excited to hear some of you tried this Crock Pot faux turkey! I actually went with a “Tofurky in a Bag” this time around – writing up a post now; I think it’s my favorite prep yet!

Thank you for this! It’s my first Thanksgiving as a vegetarian and I’m excited to bring this to my parents’ house. My niece has been a veggie for years so she’s looking forward to having “roast” again.

I use almost the same recipe but instead of onion soup mix I replace it with either vegan cream of mushroom(or regular) and I put less vegetable brother. SOO good. I’m telling you the cream of mushroom makes it.
