Never! I warned my family and everyone I ever knew about this. There are so many loopholes. No matter what they say to you, just be QUIET! They can ask you anything they want, but you do not ever have to respond! Ever! The only thing you should ever say to a cop is "I want my lawyer" and if they ask you about a different crime/subject/whatever, just repeat "I want my lawyer". Alot of 5th and 6th amendment stuff going on there - but you don't really need details - just remember - never talk! If they arrest you just ask for a lawyer only. This will keep you out of soooooo much trouble, whether you deserved the interrogation or not, and furthermore this gives the police the enormous possibility of violating your constitutional rights and there will be no case after all. Okay, enough of my ranting - but I lreally loved this post! Everyone should pay attention!
