Last weekend I had a chance to sit down and start another site. If you will recall, in a post a few months back I had mentioned that we purchased a domain name that would be used for the Pit Bull rescue I want to have when the right time comes. The site is
Save A Bull and right now I am putting all kinds of bully-dog related topics up on there as a help resource for owners, and also to get some positive press out there. I am really happy with the way everything has come together, and I am even more ecstatic that I can say I did about 90% of the setup myself.
I am really starting to become more confident with my workings in the web-o-sphere and one of the many goals I have is to put up at least one viable site per week. In an effort to speed up our domaining, Butterfinger spent time coming up with a script that will automate a lot of the processes involved with setting up a website. I would say I am impressed, but that just does not seem to do his work justice. His ingenuity is going to end up saving us hours of time, minutes we can spend taking the extra time to make the sites look great and contain helpful information.
People always say, “if you make it they will come” and I can already understand the truth from just the few sites I have up and running. The web, more and more, is becoming the first place people look for answers. Dishwasher leaking all over the floor? Do a google search. Need a New Kids on the Block t-shirt for a gag gift for a friend? Look it up on eBay. Moving and need to make some fast cash? Write up a post on Craigslist. You can see where I am going with this. Happy surfing: )
PS – I am looking for pictures of bully breed dogs (Pit Bulls, Am Staffs, American Bulldog, Mastiff, Boxer, etc.) for the site, so please let me know if you or someone you know would have any photos they would be willing to share. Thanks!

That is really cool! If you ever need help when you get it started I will be glad and so will my mom. She even said she would. Hope to see you soon.
